Helmet Decals are screen printed and suitable for outdoor use. These decals are designed to conform to rounded surfaces such as helmets and are printed on the top surface of the material.
Material: These products are supplied on an approximately .004" white or clear Conformcal™ with a permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive. When ordering clear material, the color of the helmet can affect the appearance of the ink color. Backing the imprint with white ink is recommended for clear decals applied to dark helmets.
Production Time: Approximately 5 working days.
Helmet Decal Die Cutting: No die charge for decals with square corners unless either dimension is less than one inch. No die charge for circles with a diameter every 1/2". No die charges on repeat orders. All others add $158.00(D).
Color Match: Add $39.00 (E) per color to be matched.
Copy/Color Change: Add $36.00 (E) per each change. Copy and color changes can not be combined on the same order. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown.
Art Preparation: There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art.
Helmet Decals are specially suited for application to curved surfaces.
