Deluxe Plastic Products are used by businesses to identify or reward members. The .020" construction includes a hard laminate on two sides. The digital print method combined with numbering and/or consecutive barcoding adds security and value. These products are popular as:

- Customer loyalty cards
Custom Deluxe Plastic products are digitally printed. All colors will be built from 4-color process. Exact color matches, metallic and fluorescent colors are not available. This product is intended for indoor use only.
Material: Custom Deluxe Plastic Products are printed on a white or clear plastic core and overlaminated on two sides to create a .020" or .030" thick finished product. Use the Matte Varnish option to create a pen receptive surface. Indicate on artwork the flood coat or specific location of the matte varnish.
Production Time:
Approximately 5 working days without numbering.
Approximately 7 working days with numbering/barcodes.
Die-Cutting: No die charge for decals with square corners unless either dimension is less than one inch. No die charge for circles with a diameter every 1/2". No die charges on repeat orders. All others add appropriate cost noted in Price it Now below.
Color Match: Not available.
Copy Change: Add $36.00 (E) per each change. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown.
Numbering / Barcodes: See price chart for appropriate cost. Price is for one location, one side only. Type 39 barcodes are available.
Number Sequence Change: We will change the numbering sequence for $10.00(G) per each change
Art Preparation: There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art. Add $48.00 (C) for artwork that does not meet specifications.
